Yes. All orders placed with All The Things Rentals are delivered to you.
If you plan on picking up items, you need to make an appointment. Our warehouse in not always manned at all times, and we need to know when you will be there to have the warehouse manned.
Delivery is based on distance. Please call or email for delivery fee.
Deliveries are made to a convenient point for the delivery vehicle to park. Extra charges will result in deliveries to upstairs, elevator use, or any point where extra time is involved. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up. Additional fees will be applied if items are not returned in the same condition they were received. Tables, Chairs, dishware, etc can be set up by our staff for an added fee. generally $1 per chair and $2 per table.

We recommend reserving tables and chairs as soon as possible to ensure availability. However, we can typically accommodate last-minute orders depending on our inventory. Please contact us for availability.
All private orders require a 50% deposit to be confirmed, The remainder of the balance is due 7 days prior to your event. if your event is booked 7 days or less from your event then full balance is due at booking. Acceptable forms of payment include check, cash and credit. Some more expensive luxury items may require a larger percent of a deposit. Any payments past 30 days will incur a 2% Finance charge every 30 days. Some repeat late offenders will only have 15 days to pay, and incur a 2% finance charge every 15 days.
Reservations on most items can be cancelled at any time with a few exceptions. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Tent sidewalls and tent heaters cannot be cancelled within 14 days of the event. If your dream was to have an open air party and no tent, you can reserve a tent as back up, and if the weather is going to be nice you can cancel the tent short notice. We do not charge you 100% for the tent, just 50% to help defer the loss of revenue we would have gained from being able to rent it out to another customer. Any amount you put down for deposit would still be applied.
Minor changes to orders prior to the event are often expected, as the number of guests can frequently change. We recommend that you attempt to make any changes at least one week prior to delivery. We will make every effort possible to meet your needs.
