All The Things Rentals is a family-owned and operated event rental company based in Burnsville, Minnesota. We serve the south metro Twin Cities — Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville, Prior Lake, Rosemount, Savage, and everywhere in between.

We started this company because we believe renting event equipment should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. No runaround. No mystery pricing. No waiting three days for a callback. Just great equipment, clear terms, and people who actually care how your event goes.

We've helped families pull off backyard graduation parties, couples say their vows under a tent in their own yard, and companies throw summer picnics their teams still talk about. Every order matters to us — whether it's 10 chairs or a full reception tent with lighting and a dance floor.

Honest pricing, upfront. Every item is priced for a 4-day rental period — no daily rate games, no surprise fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Book online, anytime. You don't need to call us to reserve your items. Browse the catalog, pick your date, and check out instantly. Your items are locked in the moment you place a 50% deposit.

Clean, well-maintained inventory. We inspect and clean our equipment after every rental. You're not getting someone else's mess.

  • We have an order minimum of $250 before Delivery is available. The Delivery Fee is based on distance from the Burnsville warehouse. You can opt for Customer Pickup/Dropoff to avoid Delivery Fees or if your order is below $250. We are closed on Weekends to allow our employees time off with their families. We do offer Weekend Service for an added charge. Your rental is for up to 4 days so you can choose to have delivery or customer pickup on a weekday to avoid Weekend Service charges

  • All orders require a 50% deposit to be confirmed, The remainder of the balance is charged 7 days prior to your event. if your event is booked 7 days or less from your event then full balance is due at booking. Acceptable forms of payment include check, cash and credit/debit card.  Some more expensive luxury items may require a larger percent of a deposit. Any payments past 30 days will incur a 2% Finance charge every 30 days. Some repeat late offenders will only have 15 days to pay, and incur a 2% finance charge every 15 days. 

  • Reservations on most items can be cancelled at any time with a few exceptions. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.  Tent sidewalls and tent heaters cannot be cancelled within 14 days of the event. If your dream was to have an open air party and no tent, you can reserve a tent as back up, and if the weather is going to be nice you can cancel the tent short notice.  We do not charge you 100% for the tent, just 50% to help defer the loss of revenue we would have gained from being able to rent it out to another customer. Any amount you put down for deposit would still be applied. 

  • Minor changes to orders prior to the event are often expected, as the number of guests can frequently change. We recommend that you attempt to make any changes at least one week prior to delivery. We will make every effort possible to meet your needs. 

  • We deliver chairs, tables, tents and event rentals throughout Minnesota, from our Burnsville location. We serve Minneapolis, St. Paul, Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Edina, Bloomington, Apple Valley and surrounding communities
