These are realistic comfortable setups (not overly cramped):

Banquet Seating

• 6x 6ft banquet tables + up to 48 chairs (8 chairs per table)
• 8x 6ft banquet tables + up to 64 chairs (tighter but doable)

Round Table Seating

• 4x 60” (5ft) round tables + up to 32 chairs (8 per table)
• 3x 72” (6ft) round tables + up to 30 chairs (10 per table)

Cocktail / Standing Layout

• 6–8 cocktail tables with space to mingle

Tent Rate includes Full Service Peofessional Install and will require a site visit before installation

• Professional installation and teardown included
• Tent provides shade and light rain protection
• Sidewalls, lighting, and flooring available as add-ons
• Customer responsible for clearing setup area prior to install
• We Require a Layout (Google Map birds-eye view) of the Exact Location of the Tent on the Property at Least 10 days Prior to install.
• Canopy Can be Staked into Grass
• IF STAKED INTO THE GROUND: A Free Gopher State One Call is Required by Customer to Locate & Mark Public Utilities (gas, cable, electric, etc)
• There is No Charge for Gopher One (when arranged a week in advance) but Requires at Least 72 Business Hours Notice & YOU MUST Mark the Corners of Where Tent is to be Placed Prior to Gopher One Locating. Businesses are Required to use WHITE PAINT to Mark Corners.
• Private Utilities are Property Owner s Responsibility to Locate & Mark (sprinkler, lights, gas grill, etc) and to Obtain any Necessary Permits.
• All The Things Rentals MUST Deliver & Install this Canopy. Price Includes Setup & Takedown but does NOT Include Delivery
