✅ Setup Notes (Important)

This is a pole tent, which means it uses center poles and staking for installation. It must be installed on a surface that allows staking—typically grass or compact soil.

Pole tents cannot be installed on concrete/asphalt unless heavy ballast and approval are arranged in advance.

Please ensure the setup area is clear of:

• overhead wires & tree branches
• sprinkler heads & underground utilities
• slopes, soft ground, or uneven terrain
• Professional installation and teardown included
• Tent provides shade and light rain protection
• Sidewalls, lighting, and flooring available as add-ons
• Customer responsible for clearing setup area prior to install
• We Require a Layout (Google Map birds-eye view) of the Exact Location of the Tent on the Property at Least 10 days Prior to install.
• IF STAKED INTO THE GROUND: A Free Gopher State One Call is Required by Customer to Locate & Mark Public Utilities (gas, cable, electric, etc)
• There is No Charge for Gopher One (when arranged a week in advance) but Requires at Least 72 Business Hours Notice & YOU MUST Mark the Corners of Where Tent is to be Placed Prior to Gopher One Locating. Businesses are Required to use WHITE PAINT to Mark Corners.
• Private Utilities are Property Owner s Responsibility to Locate & Mark (sprinkler, lights, gas grill, etc) and to Obtain any Necessary Permits.
• All The Things Rentals MUST Deliver & Install this Canopy. Price Includes Setup & Takedown but does NOT Include Delivery
